Otomotiv Grubumuz, Borusan Oto adı ile kurulup Borusan Otomotiv İthalat ve Dağıtım A.Ş., Borusan Oto Servis ve Ticaret A.Ş., Borusan Otomotiv Pazarlama ve Ticaret A.Ş., Borusan Otomotiv Premium Kiralama Tic. A.Ş. olarak dört şirket ile yoluna devam etmektedir. 

1984 yılında 47 kişilik ekibi ile BMW distribütörü olarak kurulan ve o yıl 16 adet otomobil ile 2 adet motosiklet satışı gerçekleştiren bir şirketten, bugün BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, Land Rover, Jaguar gibi değerli markaları bünyesinde bulunduran, ana bordrosu ile 1242 kişiyi, destek ekip çalışanları ile birlikte 1394 kişiyi, diğer Yetkili Satıcıları ve Servisleri ile yaklaşık 2615 kişiyi barındıran, yıllık otomobil satış hacmi 34.870 adedi geçmiş tesisleri, teknolojisi, kalite standartları, yetkin çalışanları, müşteri odaklılığı, sosyal sorumluluk bilinci ile anılan, sektöründe öncü ve birçok yeniliği Türkiye’ye kazandırmış bir şirkete dönüştüğünü görüyor ve bunu ortak bir gurur kaynağı olarak yaşıyoruz.
