Nursel Ölmez Ateş

Nursel Ölmez Ateş is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Group President of Human Resources, Communication, and Sustainability at Borusan Holding since March 2018, Nursel has previously held significant roles at Ford Motor Company and Ford Otosan as HR Director from February 2009 to February 2018. Prior to that, Nursel worked as the HR and Corporate Communication Director at Koçtaş, and served as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Ramstore Russia, where contributions led to the establishment of over 60 stores and recognition for excellent HR practices. Nursel began a career at Migros Ticaret as AR-GE and Planning Manager. Nursel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University and participated in the Women on Board Association from 2020 to 2021.
