Özde Baydarol Hamarat

Özde Baydarol Hamarat has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Özde started their career as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at ARÇELİK Aş in 2006. Özde then joined Turkcell in 2009, where they served in various roles, including Human Resources Expert, HR Planning Manager, and Human Resources Manager. At Turkcell, they were responsible for managing a team and overseeing HR processes and policies across multiple companies within the Turkcell Group. Özde also led the HR Centralization Project, which resulted in increased standardization of HR processes and a reduction in costs. In 2016, they joined Allianz Türkiye as a Human Resources Senior Manager, where they were responsible for organizational design, talent management, employer branding, and employee engagement. Özde worked on driving cultural change through innovative HR projects for 2,500 employees across Turkey. In 2018, they joined Anadolu Efes as a Human Resources Senior Manager before moving to Borusan Holding as their Human Resources Director later in the same year.

Özde Baydarol Hamarat holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Boğaziçi University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology at Koç University from 1999 to 2004. Özde attended Çağaloğlu Anadolu Lisesi for high school from 1992 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained an İK Yönetimi Sertifikası from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi in 2005.
