Roger Lehmann

Roger Lehmann has an extensive background in engineering, project management, and commercial activities within the automotive industry. Roger has worked in various senior leadership roles at companies such as BOS GmbH & Co. KG, Dräxlmaier Group, AFL Europe GmbH, and Alcoa-Fujikura de Puebla. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering/Automation Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin, Roger has also held research positions at IPK - Fraunhofer Gesellschaft - Institut für Produktionsanlagen und Konstruktionstechnik. Currently, Roger serves as the Managing Director at BOS Innovation and Technology Center.
