Vaclav Duchacek

Vaclav Duchacek has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and control roles. Vaclav is currently the Director of Finance at Bosal since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ZF Group as the Plant Controller for various TIER 1 automotive manufacturing plants from June 2009 to December 2019. Before ZF Group, they were the Finance Director at IVG Immobilien AG, a German Real Estate Developer, from November 2007 to April 2009. Vaclav'scareer started at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Senior Associate in the Audit department from August 2003 to November 2007. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, they primarily focused on auditing industrial companies under various accounting standards.

Vaclav Duchacek obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Finance from the University of New York in Prague, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
