Dorah Molefe

Dorah Molefe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and business partnering across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Bosch Africa since July 2022, Dorah previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at DLO Energy Solutions (Pty) Ltd from August 2021 to June 2022, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Consolidated Power Project (Pty) Ltd from September 2014 to July 2021. Dorah's expertise encompasses HR generalist functions, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compliance with corporate HR policies.
