Lamia Kiwan currently serves as the Head of Controlling Africa Power Tools at Bosch Africa, overseeing value-based controlling solutions across nine offices in Africa. With extensive experience in financial management, Lamia has successfully led teams, implemented KPIs dashboards, and scaled controlling standards within the region. Previously, as Controlling Manager for North Africa, Lamia managed IFRS reporting and established standardized strategic planning across multiple legal entities. Prior roles include Senior Financial & Budget Analyst at Oriflame Cosmetics, where Lamia supported executive management with financial reporting and budget development, and Transfer Pricing Analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers, assisting multinational corporations with tax consulting. Lamia holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the American University of Sharjah and a Bachelor's in Administration, Finance from SKEMA Business School.
