Herdi Kristiyanto

Herdi Kristiyanto is an experienced professional in aftersales management with a strong background in service network development and operations. Currently serving as the Southeast Asia Aftersales Head at Bosch ASEAN since November 2023, Herdi drives the growth of Bosch's aftersales team and participates in regional projects across Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. In addition to leading the global service network development for Bosch Power Tools since January 2025, Herdi previously held various leadership roles at Bosch Indonesia, Tata Motors, Stanley Black & Decker, and PT Astra International Tbk, focusing on aftersales service, market development, and service operations. Herdi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya and an MBA from Universitas Padjadjaran.
