Don Barduca has over 22 years of experience in finance and operations management. Don started their career at General Motors as a Senior Financial Analyst and Systems Administrator, where they were responsible for forecasting and managing cost center expenses. Don then moved to Visteon, where they served as a Senior Financial Analyst and later as an Assistant Plant Controller. In these roles, they supervised finance and accounting teams, managed plant performance, and developed annual budgets and forecasts. After Visteon, Barduca joined Robert Bosch as a Regional Controller for the Diesel Division and later became the Sales and Operations Manager for the Automotive Electronics Division. In these positions, they oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Most recently, Barduca worked at Bosch Automotive Service Solutions as the Global Business Unit Controller for the Automotive Aftermarket Service Solutions division and as the Director of Global Marketing Strategy. In these roles, they managed operational finances, developed strategic portfolios, led ERP system standardization, and coordinated budgets and sales strategies.

Don Barduca attended Central Michigan University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Finance.
