Simone Tenschert has a strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on spark plugs. Simone started their career at Robert Bosch GmbH in 2007, where they worked as a Material Engineer and participated in the RB doctoral program. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Section Manager for Manufacturing Planning Components and then transitioned to become the Head of Department for Engineering Spark Plugs in the Asia-Pacific region at Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (China) Co., Ltd. In 2017, they returned to Robert Bosch GmbH as the Director of Spark Plug R&D. Simone later took on the role of Vice President of Product Area Spark Plugs. In 2022, they joined Bosch Automotive Service Solutions, LLC as the Vice President of Operations.
