Carlos Melo

Carlos Melo has an extensive career at Bosch, starting as a Test Engineer Intern in Germany before moving up to various roles such as Test Engineer, Product Development Engineer, and Project Leader. Carlos eventually became the Senior Purchasing Engineer at Bosch Brasil. Currently, at Bosch Brasil, Carlos holds the title of Purchasing Senior Quality Manager LATAM and is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Carlos is also known as the co-founder of the employee resource group "Papo Reto," which provides a safe space for men to discuss masculinities and their impacts.
