Raphael Vasques

Raphael Vasques is an experienced logistics and project management professional currently serving as the Logistic Planning Chief at Bosch Automotive Steering since January 2017, where responsibilities include leading a team of 25 associates in inbound and outbound logistics while fostering a positive work environment and focusing on efficiency. Prior to this role, Raphael worked as the Logistics Warehouse Chief, leading 42 associates and implementing lean processes to optimize material-flow and reduce logistics costs. In addition to roles at Bosch Brasil, Raphael has also worked as a Supervisor Logística at Schaeffler Brasil, overseeing physical logistics operations and participating in strategic projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from Universidade Paulista, an Administration degree from Universidade de Sorocaba, and further studies in Information Technology Management at Fundace FEARP USP.
