Sinésio Knupfer de Souza

Sinésio Knupfer de Souza has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Sinésio began their career as a Estagiário at Fundação Bradesco in 2006. Later, they joined Bradesco as Chefe de Serviços Administrativos - Departamento Jurídico, where they were responsible for leading an administrative team, managing the department's IT, and coordinating with external offices until November 2011.

Sinésio then moved to Venturus in 2011 and took on various roles, starting as an Estagiário before progressing to become an Assistente Técnico and thereafter an Analista de Desenvolvimento / Administrador Sharepoint. In these roles, they gained experience in system development using C# and Angular, technical leadership, and requirements analysis.

From 2018 to 2020, Sinésio held the position of Analista de Sistemas at Venturus, where they continued to work with system development and also took up technical leadership and requirement gathering/analysis responsibilities.

In 2020, they were promoted to Coordenador de Projetos, a role they held until March 2021. During this time, they oversaw project coordination and management.

Sinésio became an Agile Leader in March 2021 before transitioning to their current role as a Project Development Manager at Venturus in April 2022.

Sinésio Knupfer de Souza obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Centro Universitário UniMetrocamp from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their technical education in Informatics at Fundação Bradesco from 2008 to 2009. More recently, Sinésio pursued a postgraduate degree in Industry and Services 4.0 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Management 3.0 from Adaptworks in March 2021, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in August 2020, and Capacitação em Inteligência Artificial from VIRTUS in April 2020.
