Kai Sabel

Kai Sabel serves as the Director, Associate Vice President, and Head of Global Supply Chain at Bosch Energy and Building Solutions since January 2015, overseeing global procurement, supplier logistics, and transportation while managing a team of 50 associates across seven global locations. Responsibilities include ensuring global material availability, enhancing supplier performance, and optimizing logistics costs, alongside driving the full digitization of the supply chain. Prior to this role, Kai held positions as Program Manager and Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management, focusing on inventory optimization and procurement processes. Earlier experiences at Bosch included managing customer logistics and participating in a trainee program in controlling and logistics. Academic qualifications include a Diploma/Master of Science in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
