Sharad M R has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Sharad started their career at Tata Steel as a Team Member before moving on to Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd. where they worked as a Sr. Engineer. Sharad then joined Microland as an Associate before joining Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. In their roles at Robert Bosch, they worked as a Process Engg Group and as a Process Consultant in both the Diesel and Gasoline Divisions. Sharad later joined Robert Bosch GmbH as a Process Consultant in the Gasoline Division. Sharad returned to Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd. in various roles, including Group Manager, Assistant to Head Customer Engg Section, Technical Assistant to Sr. Vice President, and Program Manager in the Managing Director Office. Sharad is currently working at Bosch India as part of the Corporate Strategy & Operations Planning team.

Sharad M R completed their education with a Master's degree in Process Engineering from NIT Surathkal, which they pursued from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy from NIT Suratkal between 1990 and 1993. Their schooling was completed at St. Xaiver High School from 1981 to 1989, where they obtained their SSLC qualification.
