Sheshagiri Bhaskar Rao

Sheshagiri Bhaskar Rao, commonly known as Shesh, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Operations Service Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies since February 2013, Shesh is accountable for Source to Pay processes across the D.C. Rexroth and Power Tools divisions in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Previous roles at Bosch include Deputy General Manager and various Service Delivery Manager positions, where Shesh led operational internal services, KPI development, and managed transitions effectively across multiple regions. Shesh's career began in engineering and has evolved through positions in supply chain management and global sourcing at companies including Molex Premise Networks and Accenture.
