Susana Augusto is a seasoned HR IT expert with extensive experience in organizational management and strategic planning within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Currently serving as the Module Owner for Org and Position Management and Succession Planning at Bosch Portugal since July 2015, Susana has demonstrated expertise in implementing product strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring compliance. Past roles include leadership positions in HR IT project management and team leadership, specializing in data governance and quality initiatives. Prior to Bosch, Susana held senior HR roles at Randstad Technologies and Indra, focusing on labor relations, recruitment processes, and employee development. Educationally, Susana holds a postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management from SGS and has training from Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada.
