Sebastian Hardt

Sebastian Hardt currently serves as CFO of Bosch Rexroth Africa and VP of Finance, Controlling, and Administration since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sebastian held the position of Project Director for Finance, Controlling, and Administration at Bosch Rexroth from March to July 2023. Between March 2021 and February 2023, Sebastian was the Chapter Chair of the Human Resources Working Group for the South China Chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. From December 2019 to February 2023, Sebastian worked as Commercial Director at Bosch China, overseeing operations at the Shenzhen plant. Sebastian's previous roles at Bosch from August 2008 to December 2019 include Head of Human Resources and Head of Plant Controlling. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Financial Analyst, Junior Manager in Program Controlling/Logistics at Allgaier Werke GmbH, and internships with Daimler AG and Kreissparkasse Goeppingen. Sebastian holds a Diploma in Business Economics/Management from Nürtingen-Geislingen University, completed between 2004 and 2008.
