Erik Nielsen

Erik Nielsen is a seasoned Technical Communication Professional with extensive experience in creating and managing technical documentation for leading organizations. Currently at Bosch Security Systems since March 2010, Erik designs end-user content such as user guides and service manuals for intrusion and fire product portfolios, while also coordinating the development of legal and regulatory content to ensure compliance and cost efficiency. Prior roles include positions at Xerox, where Erik served as a Technical Communication Professional and Software Kit Project Manager, facilitating the development of technical service documentation and managing software kit strategies for product launches. Additional experience includes a role at Eastman Kodak as a Professional Technical Representative, providing Tier II support for software applications, and various positions at Xerox focused on customer service and support for networked color printers.
