Steve Horsfield

Steve Horsfield is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in commercial finance and sales operations. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Finance and Sales Operations at Bosch Security and Safety Systems since January 2011, Steve oversees financial operations and develops processes to enhance business performance for a £20 million turnover entity in the UK and Ireland. Previous roles include Financial Controller for a £25 million UK business unit at Bosch, and Financial Accounting Manager for the principal UK business of the Bosch Group with revenues around £200 million. Earlier in their career, Steve held various finance-related positions at Tetra Pak and began as a Graduate Trainee at Reed. Steve holds an Associate degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
