Sven Wagner

Sven Wagner is a Deep Learning and Embedded AI Engineer at Bosch Security and Safety Systems, where responsibilities include developing AI algorithms for video surveillance systems, building automated deployment pipelines, implementing DNN compression techniques, and introducing MLOps tools. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, focusing on Computer Vision and Machine Learning for automation in microrobotics. Sven also completed a Master Thesis at FORWARDttc, developing an object detection and tracking system for mobile robots, and has held internships at Bosch Security and Safety Systems and KUKA in Computer Vision and Machine Learning. Sven holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and completed secondary education at Gymnasium Ulricianum Aurich.
