Geonwoo Kim

Geonwoo Kim is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the Assembly Engineering Manager at Bosch Sensortec GmbH since December 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Staff Engineer at ASEKorea from April 2008 to November 2017, focusing on quality engineering for automotive products and new product qualifications. Beginning a career at Hynix Semiconductor as a team member responsible for package manufacturing processes, Geonwoo contributed significantly to a task force dedicated to flipchip package development. Geonwoo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Yonsei University, earned between 1995 and 2001.
