Maja Nikolić

Maja Nikolić has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maja started their career as an Office Clerk at PROMING in 1998, and later moved to GREJ INVEST where they held the same position. In 2007, Maja joined Kompanija Dunav Osiguranje ADO, where they served as a Legal Affairs Specialist, Corporate Specialist, and Coordinator for complex requests. In 2015, they joined UNIQA osiguranje Srbija and took on various roles including Complaints Expert - Legal Advisor, Process Improvement Team Lead, Director of Non Life and Life Claims Department, and ultimately the Director of Customer Care Management. In 2022, Maja transitioned to their current position as a Senior Product Owner at Bosch Serbia.

Maja Nikolić has a Bachelor of Law with Honours from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, which they obtained in 1998. Maja also completed postgraduate specialized academic studies in business transformation processes at the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade, starting in 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Maja Nikolić has obtained various qualifications related to agile development, digital product management, data science, and project management. These certifications were obtained between 2018 and 2023 from institutions such as Coursera, Databricks, Bosch, Accenture, FutureLearn, The Lean Six Sigma Company, Agile Humans, and UNIQA Insurance Group AG.
