Darren Beale is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in research and development, project management, and coaching. Darren began his career at the UK Ministry of Defence as an Engineering Apprentice, later progressing to various roles at Bosch from 1994 to 2000, including Design Engineer and R&D Manager responsible for floor-standing products. After a hiatus from Bosch, Darren transitioned to the role of Development Coach at North Midlands Rugby, focusing on athlete skill development. Since January 2022, Darren has returned to Bosch as an R&D Manager for Electrified Solutions, overseeing a skilled team in the UK and Germany to advance product development in global markets.
