Florian Malchow

Florian Malchow is a Director of ADAS Enabling and the Head of Data Platform, recognized for their innovative approach in technology and leadership. They began their career as a Scientific Researcher at the University of Stuttgart, obtaining a Dipl.-Ing. and later a Dr.-Ing., summa cum laude, in Cybernetics. Florian's experience includes key roles at Bosch, where they contributed to the development of Driver Assistance Systems and led engineering efforts in ADAS software development. In their current role, they focus on streamlining organizations and building global data platforms to propel AI-driven software solutions in automated driving. Florian believes in the power of teamwork and transparency to address contemporary challenges.
