Michael Kubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean production and industrial engineering. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Qualification for Lean Production at Robert Bosch GmbH since January 2013, Michael has held various leadership roles, including Head of Department for Industrial Engineering and Chief Consultant for Lean Production. Prior to this, Michael was Director at Robert Bosch Vietnam, overseeing Manufacturing and Technical Functions from September 2008 to December 2012. Michael's career also includes a position as Senior Manager for Production Planning in Diesel Systems at Robert Bosch GmbH from January 2005 to August 2008. Michael holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Produktionstechnik from Universität Bremen, which was obtained from 1991 to 1997.
