Currently serving as a Sr. Steering Calibration & Software Application Engineer at Bosch since October 2022, Roger previously held roles including Steering Performance Engineer III at Honda R&D Americas, Inc., and various engineering co-op positions at Robert Bosch Automotive Steering and ZF Steering Systems, LLC. Roger's expertise encompasses vehicle data analysis, failure injection testing, and the design of vehicle instrumentation, contributing to enhanced vehicle performance and safety. Additionally, Roger has mentored youth and led leadership training in various capacities within the scouting community. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
