Victor Santos is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in research and development, product management, and project management within the heating industry. Victor began a career as an R&D Mechanical Engineer at Phillips Power Components and transitioned to various roles including Technical Production Engineer at Tyco Electronicas and R&D Group Leader at Bosch, where responsibilities included cost reduction, quality improvement, and team management for gas water heaters and boilers. Notably, Victor served as After Sales & Product Management Manager, overseeing customer claims and technical training, and later as Engineering Services Manager, leading project steering and guidelines implementation.
