Daniel Dougherty has extensive experience in software development and technical analysis, beginning with Vertex Inc. from September 1992 to March 1998, where contributions were made to the Quantum for Sales and Use Tax Calculation Engine. Subsequently, Daniel worked as a Software Developer at Blue Angel Technologies, Inc. from April 1998 to April 2005, focusing on the MetaStar application framework. After that, Daniel served as a Senior Software Developer at Andesa Services, Inc. from May 2005 to September 2021, specializing in life insurance policy calculation engines. A further role as a Senior Software Developer was held at KDG from November 2021 to October 2024. Currently, Daniel is an HCM Technical Analyst at Boscov's Department Store, LLC, since October 2024, leading technical initiatives on the Oracle HCM platform.
