Alexandra Gortchilova

Alexandra Gortchilova is a Corporate Attorney at Dentons Bingham Greenebaum since October 2022, specializing in corporate matters for national and international companies, including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Alexandra served as a Partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP from October 2017, and worked as an Associate Attorney at Roberge Law from April 2014 to October 2017. Alexandra has also held the position of In-house Counsel at 144 Investments, where responsibilities included drafting leases and managing corporate formalities. Early in the legal career, Alexandra gained experience as a Clerk at Bankruptcy Court, providing assistance to Judge Lorch, and as a Legal Intern at the Public Defender's Agency, focusing on trial preparation and client interviews. Additionally, Alexandra completed a Certified Legal Internship at Indiana University Student Legal Services, addressing a variety of civil and criminal cases.
