Douglas Brown

With extensive experience in law and public policy, Douglas previously held the position of Secretary and Board Member at the Capital Improvement Board from 2001 to 2015 and was a Partner at Stewart & Irwin, P.C. from 1987 to 2009. Douglas holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
