Colleen Alger has over 18 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Global R&D and Automotive at Bose Corporation since January 2007. Colleen has held multiple roles at Bose, including Talent Acquisition Leader and College Relations Program Manager, where notable achievements include significantly increasing the representation of female engineering interns and hires through diversity recruiting efforts.
