Curtis Bard

Curtis Bard is a Senior User Researcher at Bose Corporation, where responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams to conduct research that informs product development. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Design Researcher at Lextant, leading research initiatives to provide strategic insights and design guidance to clients, and conducting qualitative research through participatory interviews and ethnographic observation. Curtis also interned at NPR as a UX Design Intern, contributing to the user-centered design of digital media platforms, and held design roles at Earth House Collective, where responsibilities encompassed graphic design, web content management, and student intern supervision. An early research foundation was established at the IU School of Medicine as a Laboratory Research Assistant, complemented by a B.F.A. in Visual Communication Design from the Herron School of Art and Design.
