Eric Bettens

Eric Bettens is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in validation and change management within the medical device sector. Currently serving as a Change Management Engineer and Systems Validation Engineer III at Bose Corporation since August 2018, Eric oversees multiple validation program teams, collaborates with engineering and design teams, and manages the new product validation process. Prior roles include Validation Engineer II at Bose, where oversight of new product development and compliance with testing protocols was crucial, and Biomechanical Testing Engineer at DePuy Synthes Companies, where Eric managed design verification testing for regulatory submissions. Eric also has experience from roles at Trescal, Magna Powertrain, Faurecia, and Terumo Cardiovascular Systems, demonstrating a strong background in engineering and product validation.
