Holly Kempner

Holly Kempner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital operations and technology management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Operations at Bose Corporation since December 2024, Holly is responsible for overseeing and optimizing digital platforms to drive growth and innovation. Previously, Holly held multiple roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Vice President of Regions Technology Operations & Services and Vice President of Global eCommerce Operations & Infrastructure, where Holly led global IT service management and expanded eCommerce in over 30 countries. Earlier career experience includes directorial roles in digital media production at AMC Networks and Imaginary Forces, where Holly produced notable content and oversaw branding initiatives. Holly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design and advanced business studies toward an MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University, along with a master's degree in Forestry from Michigan State University, showcasing a diverse skill set in both creative and business disciplines.
