Kim Barnes

Kim Barnes currently serves as the VP of Talent & Transformation at Bose Corporation, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kim was the Sr. Director of Management Excellence for Global Learning & Development at Microsoft from August 2023 to December 2024. At Nuance Communications, from April 2019 to August 2023, Kim led the global Talent & Organizational Development Team, focusing on various programs such as Leadership Development and Inclusion & Diversity Initiatives. Additional experience includes roles at Willis Towers Watson and Leadership Worth Following, LLC, where Kim contributed to talent management, organizational surveys, and executive development. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
