Marissa Abrams

Marissa Abrams has over 24 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Bose Corporation since April 2005, making history as the first person to hold this title. In this role, Marissa is a key member of the Human Resources Leadership Team, conducting high-profile investigations, overseeing sensitive executive departures, and managing initiatives related to performance management, talent planning, and diversity. Prior to this position, Marissa held various roles within Bose, including Employee Relations Manager, where responsibilities included restructuring the Employee Relations team and serving as a subject matter expert across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes various positions in Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care. Marissa holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Rivier University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College.
