Matthew Blunt is an Algorithms Software Engineer at Bose Corporation since May 2023. Previously, Matthew served as the Head of Football Analytics at Advanced Sports AI, where responsibilities included engineering new metrics to capture player value and building machine learning betting models. Matthew's academic experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on auditory deviance and conducting experiments under Dr. Mounya Elhilali. Earlier roles include a Speech and Hearing R&D Internship at SensorLogic, where Matthew developed an auditory nerve model, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at Montana State University-Bozeman, collaborating on audio forensic analysis.
