Michelle Donaldson

Michelle Donaldson has over 15 years of experience in customer service and account management, primarily with Bose Corporation, where Michelle has held various roles since 2008, including Aviation Account Manager and Customer Care Supervisor. Prior to this, Michelle worked as an Infant and Toddler Teacher at Next Generation Children's Centers and as a Bank Teller at Digital Federal Credit Union. Michelle's educational background includes studies at Quinsigamond Community College and completion of high school at Marlboro High School.
