Kelly Tran

Kelly Tran is currently the Chief of Growth at Bosgaurus Coffee Roasters, leading efforts to elevate Vietnamese coffee on a global scale. In addition, Kelly serves as an advisor at Gemo, focusing on transforming software engineers in Vietnam into creators for the global digital economy. Previously, Kelly held advisory roles in digital transformation at Openasia Group and led IT transformation projects at Techcombank. Notable positions include Chief Innovation Officer at Beauty-Box, Chief of Technology and People at Pizza 4P's, and Founder and CEO of Appable, a startup factory and idea incubator. Kelly has contributed significantly to the startup ecosystem in Vietnam through a role as Entrepreneur In Residence at Dragon Capital, supporting numerous startups in securing funding. Experience also includes technology roles at Nike and Weather Decision Technologies. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and has completed executive education programs at MIT Sloan School of Management.
