Oscar Torres has extensive experience in agricultural management and operations, currently serving as a Grower and Harvest at Boskovich Farms Inc. since May 2018. In addition, Oscar holds the position of President at AVM, Inc. since September 2015, where oversight of daily operations and collaboration with clients' management teams take place to achieve client goals. As the Business Owner of All Valley Ag, Inc. since April 2011, Oscar manages daily operations across multiple job types and locations, specializing in crops such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, avocados, lemons, and vineyards in Napa and Sonoma Counties. Prior experience includes a role as Food Safety Coordinator/QA at Dole Berry Company from November 2010 to October 2011, where Oscar conducted inspections to ensure compliance among strawberry growers with Dole's Food Safety program.
