The Administrative and Operations Support team at Bosma Industries for the Blind Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Led by the COO and complemented by the Secretary & Treasurer, the team oversees financial management, operational procedures, and community outreach initiatives. With the Director of Community Engagement and Maintenance staff, they ensure effective service delivery and maintain a supportive environment for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, helping to fulfill the company's mission.
