Ajla Korman is currently working at International Burch University as a Laboratory Teaching Assistant for the course "Programming 2" using C++ language. Prior to this, Ajla was a Laboratory Demonstrator for "Programming 1" course at the same university. Ajla has also been involved with Bosnia & Herzegovina Futures Foundation, first as a Junior Scholar, then as a Senior Scholar, and as a Networking Team Member for the Futures Leaders Summit 2023. Ajla holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from International Burch University.

The foundation aims to transform Bosnia & Herzegovina into a prosperous nation that can respond to the challenges of the 21st Century. Our team of volunteers come from all over Bosnia & Herzegovina and dozens of countries around the world where our diaspora resides. Our team is made up of young and successful entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers and business executives with globally relevant experience and strong communication and leadership abilities. By 2030 we will grow to a community of 10,000 change makers who strive for the advancement of quality of life in Bosnia & Herzegovina. We will bring about positive change by empowering young people to take action in their local communities.
