Lisa Mayer

Lisa Mayer is the Founder & CEO of Boss Beauties, a beauty company that provides affordable luxury products to women of all ages. Lisa has always been interested in the beauty industry and started their first company, Design The Life You Love, in 2006. After working in the industry for a few years, Lisa decided to start their own company, My Social Canvas, in 2010.

Lisa's experience in the industry and their drive to help others led their to Project Entrepreneur, an accelerator hosted by UBS Bank and The Female Founder Collective. In this program, Lisa received mentorship and advice from leaders in Venture Capital, Tech, and Business.

After their time at Project Entrepreneur, Lisa decided to focus their effort on Boss Beauties. Since starting the company in 2020, Lisa has been working tirelessly to provide affordable luxury products to women of all ages. Under their leadership, Boss Beauties has become a leading force in the beauty industry.

Lisa Mayer graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor’s Degree.
