Dane Jones

Dane Jones is the current Director of Operations at BOSS Facility Services and has been in this role since April 2021. Prior to this, Dane was the Director, Vendor Relations at Global Facility Management & Construction, Inc. from February 2019 to March 2021. In this role, Dane was responsible for forming and strengthening strategic partnerships and building foundations for long term vendor relationships. This included duties such as sourcing and managing 17K vendors, negotiating contracts, and assisting with strategy execution to help ensure Global was making the most beneficial purchasing decisions. Dane was also responsible for managing a team of Regional Field Managers, whose main responsibility was to supervise construction projects, ensuring vendor safety and timely completion. Some key accomplishments during Dane's time as Director, Vendor Relations include developing and implementing a secure portal for vendors to view and request maintenance of their company information, compliance status, work requests, work orders, service appointments, change orders, RFPs, and payment information; instituting a rebate program where vendors were rewarded for IVR check-in and check-out success; and standardized the vendor qualification process within Salesforce, ensuring all active vendors were properly on boarded, compliant with insurance, held applicable licenses, and accurate company information was captured. Dane was also directly responsible for all RFM activities and ensured on-time completion of all construction projects.

Dane Jones attended high school at West Hempstead High School. Dane then went on to Hofstra University to study business management. After completing their degree, they received certification from CA Technologies in Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Prosci in Prosci Change Management.

Their manager is Kerri Keingstein, President / Owner. Danielle Masterton - Projects - Supervisor, Michelle Romano - Assistant Operations Manager, and Lisa Lowery - HVAC / Recurring Services - Supervisor report to Dane Jones.
