JP LaFave is a skilled manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in designing fixtures, creating part drawings, and implementing manufacturing improvements. Currently, JP LaFave works at BOSS SNOWPLOW, where responsibilities include designing welding and assembly fixtures. Prior to this, JP LaFave served as a manufacturing engineer at Marble Arms, focusing on process development and quality systems. Experience at Loadmaster as a mechanical engineer involved designing automated garbage truck bodies and maintaining technical manuals.
