Jessica Muniz has a diverse work experience starting in 2013. Jessica worked as a Consultant at FCAP JR. Consultoria from November 2013 to June 2015. Jessica then interned as a Client Services Intern at Nielsen Company from June 2015 to May 2016. Jessica worked as a Consultant at CJE - Consultoria Júnior de Economia FGV from October 2016 to December 2017. In 2013, they also completed a three-year undergraduate program in Business Administration at Universidade de Pernambuco. Additionally, in 2018 they attended HEC Paris for a short-term program related to Business Administration. In 2020, they pursued a Product Manager Nanodegree Program at Udacity, specializing in Digital Products.

Jessica also holds several additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) at Instituto Cervantes. In 2017, they achieved an IELTS - C1 certification from the British Council. Furthermore, they obtained an Investment Management certification in 2018 through a course offered by HEC Paris and AXA Investment Managers on Coursera. In August 2020, they completed a Bootcamp UX Design certification from How Bootcamps. Jessica also obtained a Hello Design Thinking certification from IDEO U in July 2020. Lastly, Jessica obtained a Customer Success for Impact certification from Winning by Design in November 2022.
