Milena Zolet Ferreira

Milena Zolet Ferreira has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Milena started their career as an Analyst of Quality at Parker Hannifin, where they were involved in quality control, audits, and implementation of ISO 9001-2008 standards. Milena then joined John Deere as an Analyst of Purchasing, where they worked on strategic sourcing projects to reduce costs and increase competitiveness.

After that, Milena worked at Gerdau as an Analyst of Processes, where they applied engineering methods and tools for process improvement and problem-solving. Milena then moved to Accera - Supply Chain Solutions as a Project Analyst, specializing in Supply Chain Management and implementing solutions for demand planning, sales operations, and production scheduling.

Next, Milena joined Lojas Renner S.A. as a Product Owner, responsible for developing digital products from discovery to rollout across the company. Milena focused on innovation and implemented proof of concept and minimum viable product initiatives.

Milena then worked at thyssenkrupp Elevadores as a Project Manager, managing projects in the company. Milena later joined Cognitivo.ai as a Senior Product and Project Manager, where they oversaw technology projects related to big data, AI, analytics, and data science. Milena led expert squads, defined performance metrics, and ensured customer success, growth, and quality.

Currently, Milena is working at BossaBox as a Senior Product Manager, leveraging their extensive experience to drive product strategy and success.

Milena Zolet Ferreira has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their academic journey by enrolling at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, where they pursued a degree in Engineering. Milena successfully completed their studies in 2014 and obtained an engineer's degree in Production Engineering.

In 2016, Milena furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Milena'sfocus of study during this program was Project Management.

In the year 2018, Milena engaged in several short-term courses to enhance their project management skills. Milena attended KNOWLEDGE21, where they obtained certifications as a Scrum Master and a Product Owner. Additionally, they enrolled at Escola Conquer to complete a course titled "Alta Performance - Produtividade e Inteligência Financeira," further expanding their knowledge in project management.

Most recently, in 2022, Milena participated in the Women's Leadership Program offered by the Nova School of Business and Economics. Milena completed this program, which specifically focused on Leadership, Innovation, and Technology.

Furthermore, Milena has obtained an additional certification in the field of Women's Leadership Program from StartSe University in March 2022.
