Daniel Specht

Daniel Specht is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the corporate sector. Currently serving as Group Lead Learning & Development and Head of Bossard Academy at Bossard Group since September 2021, Daniel previously worked at Sika from January 2009 to September 2021 as a Business Development Manager for Wind Energy in the EMEA region, where responsibilities included innovative product strategy execution and key account management. Earlier, Daniel held the position of Research Associate at Techn. University of Kaiserslautern, focusing on materials and surface technologies and completing a PhD on the durability of stainless steel joints. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
