Mark Kearns is the Chief Financial Officer at BOSSCAT, formerly PunchListUSA, leading the financial strategy for the company as it expands its technology and service offerings. With prior experience at Selene Finance LP, Altisource, American Tower, and Verizon Communications Inc., Mark has a wealth of experience in financial leadership roles, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, accounting, and treasury activities. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland.
